I'm sorry but the driver allocated to the trip appeared to be on a first outing with no help whatsoever to advise or guide in where to go or to destination. he continued to get lost and his knowledge of London appeared to be NIL. We abandoned the coach in order to get to the theatre on time and were unable to get food at all. The 11/2hr wait in the freezing cold after the show for the bus was unacceptable and he may well blame the traffic on the night but over 20 other coaches managed to make the pick up roughly on time. The pick up was across the road from the allocated pick up point which involved a long walk to cross the road and back to the bus, and to add insult to injury when we moved off he went around the block and passed where we had been waiting so the walking and messing about was for nothing. we eventually got back to the hotel at 2.15am. It was an experience that I would not want to experience again and it ruined a much looked forward to night in London. One that I will not forget in a hurry and at best described as a nightmare. If I had not been aware of the area and abandoning the bus with another couple we would have missed the show as I understand others did. Would I recommend Omega in future, Not A Chance. I understand you have no control of the driver on the day but a few checks would ensure the person has at least done the trips before and isn't using a phone as a sat nav to get around.

Sadly didn't get much time in London before show to get food. And very quick pick up after show if this had over run we would have missed coach back to hotel

We did feel that the drivers needed better paperwork as they were not sure who had to be on board also on the way back a lady had got on the wrong transfer mini bus.
The theatre arrangements were very good taking us and picking us up etc and an excellent driver.
At the last minute our hotel was downgraded to a "budget" one so the breakfast and shower in the room was not up to standard due to our original hotel being "taken over".
We have used services for many years and hope to do so again.

Wow. Where do I start, this trip was brilliant from start to finish the coach driver was so knowledgeable, pleasant couldn't do enough for you and funny too. The show was brilliant Jersey Boys is a must see and great seats. We had a bit of a mad rush to the theatre but that was due to heavy traffic, the free time in Windsor would had been fab if it wasn't for the heavy consistent rain but the Gala dinner absolutely made up for the day the food was excellent. The music suited all age ranges and the service was great everything was hot when it was served and we were given enough time between courses. The down side was the main bar closing at 10.30 and the little bar didn't have much choice but at least it didn't close completely. The new years day in London was just enough time. I would highly recommend a hop off hop on tour the best way to see all the landmarks of london and everything ran like clockwork. I'm already looking to book for this 2023.

We went to London to see Tina turner show, this was cancelled half hour before, obviously not omegas fault, so then we just had to pass 4 hours on just aimlessly walking round London in the freezing cold, to top it off the bus was almost an hour late to pick us up, so to retrieve a bit from the trip we thought we would go to winter wonderland, first time ever over all the times we have been you had to book, unsurprisingly it was fully booked, never warned about pre booking, so another 4-5 hour aimlessly walking round London, disaster, to top it off we were just refunded ticket price, so we’ve not seen Tina turner show and can’t afford another trip, so disappointing

Have been with Omega on several London theatre breaks. Always well planned. Great coach drivers and full information from them before and during the trip. Cant really fault them. Ali

Coach had no leg room - took 6 hours to get to London (3 hours by car) so very uncomfortable. It was a Xmas trip to see an evening show - took 2.5 hours due to traffic to get from hotel in Slough to Trafalgar square. Had to leave the coach and run to get to theatre on time - no time for a meal. Others stayed on the coach and either missed their show or arrived late. After show waited 1.5 hours in -3 degrees for coach to turn up, due to traffic. Unable to contact anyone from company or driver to find out where the coach was. Coach driver hardly communicated with us or updated us on any delays in traffic. If you take people to London at Xmas you have to amend your timetable to allow increased travel times due to increased traffic and give people an emergency mobile to ring in case of delays. This poor planning ruined our weekend and spending 10 hours on one day on a coach with no leg room would stop us ever booking again.
Back To The Future musical was fantastic though - thank goodness we decided to get off the coach and run to the theatre to get there for the start.

we have put in a massive complaint. driver knew nthing of London arrived theatre late and late picking up. we were in freezing temps for a hour and half waiting not good

Really great seats at the show, and a very good hotel. All went really easily and efficiently so we had a totally enjoyable break. Would recommend.

Had a wonderful time on our Omega break. The drivers were amazing and really went out of their way to accommodate everyone. The hotel was great, really lovely food at breakfast and at the gala dinner. No complaints at all. Great value for money! Would definitely do this break again and would use the company.

The bus journey was excellent, show was amazing.The hotel was not good at all . It was 10th December and -4 outside we had no heating all the time ?️ we were there , so cold we couldn’t sleep ?

The coach driver was very good. The show was fine. We were disappointed with the hotel. It was a budget hotel but surely they should be able to cope better at mealtimes. There was not even enough cutlery to go round at breakfast time. We had to make do with wooden knives and forks. Not good to cut up bacon and sausage.

Coach driver was helpful and friendly with a good sense of humour. The coach was clean and with a decent working toilet! Hotel was lovely with a good range of breakfast options.
